I've been a long-time fan of the Eye-Fi SD cards. My primary use for them is to have all my photos automatically uploaded to Flickr from my camera. It turns out I'm lazy and having to manually copy photos off an SD card and upload them is too much work.
This is possibly my most connected flight. I am sharing the plane's wifi network from my computer over my ethernet port which is plugged into a tiny usb-powered wifi access point so I can share that wifi signal with my phone, iPad and kindle. #wifi#travel
In iOS 8, Wi-Fi scanning will use random MAC addresses, making it impossible to passively track a device using its MAC address. This also ensures the only way to track devices indoors is by using iBeacon technology.
