Welp, Google did something to their SMTP servers today and my ability to send email from my Google account just stopped working. App-specific passwords aren't working anymore. Guess I am just going to quit email.

Does anyone have a list of card games where the mechanics allow it to be played remotely? Not online games tho, games that use real physical cards, where it doesn't matter that the players will be drawing from separate decks.

I just held an iPhone SE and now I'm super tempted to sell my XS and get the SE instead.

sometimes I reply to an email or slack message in my head, and only later realize that I did not in fact send the reply. this leads to undesirable results.

The number of virtual happy hours and social events at work I've been invited to has skyrocketed. I've been self-employed or work-from-home for the vast majority of my career. Is this how much work-social time is normal *at* the office that people are now lacking?

I want the iPad Pro to replace a computer so bad, but I just signed a PDF in Gmail, Gmail needed to save the file to Files, but can’t attach files *from* Files, so I had to download Google Drive and export the file from Files to Google Drive so Gmail can find it. 🤦♂️ -
maybe I should just say screw it and get a $10,000 Mac Pro since I'm apparently never leaving this house again

My 2017 12" MacBook is starting to show its age, but I hate that there is nothing to replace it right now. There's no reason to get a MacBook Air since it's the same form factor as the 13" Pro. But it seems unlikely they're going to release a small computer again at this point.

They don't get posted to my home page or photo pages, so if you're following my website you won't see the flood of #ACNH photos that's about to happen.
