Things I need to bring next time: • extension cords for both video cameras • HDMI repeater so the cameras can be farther from the switcher • Gaffer's tape!
Operations: • One stationary camera is fine, but it would be super useful to have a camera operator on another camera who can pan and zoom the camera to get better shots, especially when the audience is asking questions. • Need to leave a computer online at home with a large hard drive running Bittorrent Sync, so that I can have an off-site copy of the video after downloading the footage to my on-site hard drive.
Unanswered questions: • How can I get a single channel of audio coming from room mics to be duplicated to the left and right digital channels that are being broadcast?
New hobby: confusing @instacart delivery drivers. Just ordered a cart composed entirely of hot sauce!

My first attempt at live streaming an event is a bit hacky. Currently have video streaming via Youtube on a wired connection, audio streaming via Google Hangouts over wireless. Recording to two SD cards on the cameras so hopefully I can put together a nice version of this after the fact.
