How do not one, but two people, get a first class upgrade on a flight sitting in seat 1C/1B and not know they got upgraded and walk all the way to the back of the plane looking for their seat and then have to ask a flight attendant where seat 1C is??

This trip is doing a good job of reminding me why I don't check bags. 40 minutes waiting for bags at PDX, and the Lyft pickup went from 1 minute away to 15 minutes away 😭

I've always thought I present pretty clearly as cisgender male, but this flight attendant just told me "no ma'am" when I asked if they had any sparkling wine on board 🤷♂️

I just made a list of all my expected flights in 2023 and I am just *barely* going to hit @AlaskaAir MVP Gold status (40K) by the very end of the year.
How did I fly so much in 2019?? I hit Gold 75K status by April in 2019! 🤯
I am reviewing all my 2019 flights to try to remember why I told myself I didn't want to go back to that much travel anymore.

Realize that traveling for work is usually a massive time waste & cut it by 80% for next year. The best way to recover, is not to continually put yourself in the same cycle. -

Thanks, but I think there's literally nothing anyone can do. I can't even get my boarding pass from SEA-LHR until the American gate agents arrive at the gate. At least the British Airways lounge was able to find my ticket by looking up my seat number. -
I need to figure out what shenanigans @TripActions pulled with my itinerary that caused the security check to reject my ID, and the @AlaskaAir lounge agent to have an extremely confused look on her face after scanning my boarding pass.

Turns out if you buy someone an @AlaskaAir flight with your airline miles, it gets added to your own Alaska account, and then you get push notifications when their flight starts boarding and have a mild panic because you thought you were supposed to be at the airport

After a few months of being back to my 2019 level of travel, I am so excited for my September and October travel schedule!

I somehow ended up with not one, not two, but three separate hotel reservations for my trip next week, and I am baffled as to what part of my normal travel process failed that caused this to occur.
