@aaronpk It’s not a powder, but this is the best vegan cheese sauce I’ve found:
I use coconut oil in place of butter and skip the egg yolk to go full vegan. Add 1 tsp of turmeric for deeper flavor (and color). Freezes well.
That looks pretty good. I'm going for super lazy tho, preparing the dry powder in bulk in advance so that cooking is just adding non-dairy milk. -
