@aaronpk Btw I can confirm that even an old Raspberry Pi 2B can totally do RTMP to HDMI bridging. Uses about 12% CPU with 1080p60 h.264 high profile 4500 kbps, with no more latency than the 4B. I streamed to both in parallel to test, no difference.

This is also an XS, but for conferences it doesnāt matter really, because the phoneās cam quality isnāt the bottleneck. Showing off a nice forest/garden background to all the office-sitters totally makes up for it ;)

@aaronpk Saw your āmore minimal setupā for video conferences. Hereās my take, without even a laptop. Using the phoneās cam+mike for the actual conference, having the iPad completely free to work during the conference. Custom 3d-printed stand for both together.
That's awesome! I'm gonna have to try that some time! Might have to wait until I get a new phone tho cause the front camera on the iPhone XS isn't great
