I've done a few test searches and Micropub ranks well for me even when signed out of search engines. There has been a recent discussion in the IndieWeb about continuing to improve the documentation for new Micropub features, which should help too. I like the name.

My fave place to spend 8 hours with a laptop is Moment Cafe. The cheese seitan bagel. And also everything else on their menu.
There are a ton of places not listed in that post too that I haven't got around to trying. And I guess I'm overdue a post for the other time I went to Prague last year.. though that was largely spent eating everything in Moment I hadn't eaten the first time.
