I have done that before and it is not pleasant! There's no smell, just burning -
haha I wear gloves when I'm chopping them, that's the only time I am really worried about it

Don't forget to label them so you know which batch is which! I use these paper tags with elastic so that I don't have to continually clean off stickers from the bottles when I reuse them.

Lol. I was literally thinking only about 2 hours ago that I should start making more of my own condiments, but that I'd have to look up some recipes and Fediverse... you've done it again (thanks Aaron!). And vegan, too, no less!
