Places I don't check-in (but if you do, that's fine): my home, convenience stores, embarrassing chain restaurants, parking lots.

@tannerc Live tracking is only possible with a phone, but the Boost is only $50. Otherwise you'd log to an SD card and download later.

@kchrist Unreadable, yes. Either Google Spreadsheets is made for numeric survey answers, or you're expected to export the data to read it.

@maxklein It wouldn't have to be public, but a self-hosted system would be better than 4sq. "Wordpress-like" is a good description.
