To be fair, you wrote the spec on making access tokens that look more like id tokens

Web3 (sic, it's not the web) is currently made up of platforms that are thoroughly centralized using almost entirely proprietary implementations and protocols, made without standards bodies of any sort. I πŸ’• the idea of the definition in the quoted tweet but this isn't it.

Walled gardens like Facebook (on the web) and app stores (on mobile) weren’t the plan. Web3 will have its own monopolistic failure modes, I’m sure, so it’s worth thinking about what they might be today

The difference being is one was a convenience to life as a whole and the other is a libertarian pipedream that's only use in 10 years has been drugs, cp, or money laundering. The amount of artists worth their salt who entered were tricked early or have questionable morals at best

My first attempt at computational line art!

This image is a representation of a sha256 hash of an input string, my name. Each ring represents 4 characters of the hash, and is the binary representation of the character's ascii value.

A hash is a transformation of an arbitrary-sized value into another value of fixed size. Hash functions that are one-way, i.e. cannot be reversed, are the basis of modern cryptography and security on the Internet. Given this image, you wouldn't be able to reverse it to find out the original string, but every time I run the hash on the same string it will output the same value.

The next step is to load this into my #AxiDraw and plot it on some actual paper!

Well hey give me a break, I hadn't been on a plane for over a year when the AirTags launched, and hadn't checked a bag in at least 4 years before that! πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

Unexpected side benefit of #AirTags is confirmation that your checked luggage is in fact on the plane with you

#indieweb.org I'm not sure if endearing,or perhaps just byproduct of the thing it is, it's intent/counterculture; but the number of dead links, and stale content is a tad disheartening.
