But with Twitch, the "game stores the context". No matter when I join, I look at the game and I know what the player is doing. So it's "live" but not "urgent".

Those other apps (IG, Tiktok etc.) have millions of pieces of content to choose from. So their algorithms get really really good at finding juicy content for you right away.

But clubhouse is LIVE.

So you need something INTERESTING that's ALSO happening RIGHT NOW.

The entire phone system was designed assuming that it was a closed system. Security was all physical. If you can connect, you must be authorized.

Opening it up and connecting it to the internet has created a wonderful mess.

I feel like we need to hold up this example when we talk about the zero trust model. Otherwise it sounds like we're just being paranoid.

This is the MF default for @Wise , though, which is insane.

it's less terrible if it's purely for multifactor, but a surprising number of places will use it as the only factor for account recovery
