Making Meetable Easier to Install

I've been working towards making Meetable more useful to others by making it easier to configure and deploy. I took a few shortcuts during the initial development that let me finish it faster, primarily by offloading authentication and image resizing to external services. While that's great for me, it means it requires setting up two additional projects if someone else wanted to get it running.

i just spent a few hours going through all my videos on youtube changing titles, adding new links, and adding mid-roll ads to videos more than 10 minutes. I'll report back with numbers in 30 days... would be interesting to see some changes in revenue and reach on older vids

@Facebook I thought this went away in April last year. Is the help page just a leftover artifact? Might be worth updating it!

I was just asked to remove the "s" in the "https://" link on all my videos because apparently, the tracking link doesn't work? what on earth is that about? any web designers that understand why the "s" would matter?

that makes no sense. If a web page served from https (like youtube) links to an http link, then the target site *won't* get the URL that the link came from.

who asked this? one of the sites you link to? or some third party?

Just don’t do Excalibur, I stayed there once and that place is the dumps.

My last mistake hotel was the Red Lion in Anaheim. Not doing that again for sure.

Hehe, Flamingo suite has two rooms. A bedroom with full bath and then the “living” room with couches and chairs. But the best part is that it has a half bath for the living room. 🥳

We'll be next door to each other then! I just booked the LINQ also for the monorail access. Your room looks... a little fancier than mine 😂

Thanks for the reminder, I realized I hadn't booked my hotel yet! Just used a bunch of hotel points to book the LINQ which is on the light rail to the convention center, no cabs required!

Anyone else's brain skip straight over any button with the label "Get Started"?

I keep running into buttons like this where they are the last thing that catches my focus on the page.

I think "Get Started" is the new "Click Here".

This warning email does not say whether this specific property will affect the search placement, so one way to read the email is "add this or you'll be downranked". This email text needs to be cleared up to avoid sending people into a panic when they read this.
