@dbounds What Medium is doing is allowing people to submit their posts to an aggregator. The aggregator in this case also is on Medium.

Nowadays, I think of indieweb stuff vs. online abuse in terms of economic reforms vs. racism. That is, I doubt they'll do that much to help.

Yeah, I need to update webmention.io to fully implement the http://indiewebcamp.com/authorship algorithm. Right now it's not finding my name or photo because my site redesign also meant that my author info falls under the last case of the authorship algorithm. (The author property of the entry is a URL which matches the URL of an h-card elsewhere on the page)
