@aaronpk I find the same result by making a batch of stew or chili, which I am apparently unable to do at reasonably small scale. I suppose I should buy a small pressure cooker, but it feels like the same effort to make a vat's worth at a time.

It's about two weeks from chili season! I can't wait to make a big batch in the instant pot!
