@aaronpk It’s not a powder, but this is the best vegan cheese sauce I’ve found:

Paleo Mac and Cheese

I use coconut oil in place of butter and skip the egg yolk to go full vegan. Add 1 tsp of turmeric for deeper flavor (and color). Freezes well.

@aaronpk Say more. What is your mixture and does it involve nuts?
