Is Lightroom the ONLY good mobile photo editor? There’s all the prequels and etc that have TONS of users and advertisements out the wazoo and yet they all seem mostly useless for anything but selfies.
I just downgraded my Adobe subscription to the Lightroom only plan because it's so good I can't give it up -

Yup. I think the answer is to look at the commercial market, things you install in office buildings -
Here it is: Twitter engineers were told today to *print out* their last 30 to 60 days of code, so they could show it to Elon Musk himself.
Then they were told wait, no, actually, please shred all that code you just printed out.

I'm trying to pick out doorknobs and locks for the house and it turns out I have a lot of feelings about how doors should work
Features I want in door hardware:
• always unlocked from the inside
• always locked from the outside
• single keyhole on the outside
• momentary unlock with a key
• 12V DC momentarily unlock
• operates as normal when electronics are down
I'll wire it to the smarthome separately -

Not right now, but there's an API and it wouldn't take much to write a script to do that
For some background, I imported all my logs from 2008 to present into it a while ago. Previously they were in a variety of different formats depending on the server I was using at the time.

Looks cool! I'll have to check it out. Does it import the 10+ years of Google Timeline KML and/or GPX I have?
Not right now, but there's an API and it wouldn't take much to write a script to do that -
Fun times ahead for #Adobe designers. Today, if you open a PSD (even one that's 20 years old) with an obscure PANTONE colour, it will remove the colour and make it black. Pantone want US$21/month for access, and Solid Coated goes behind the paywall in early November.
