ok so in the uk the republicans (lowercase) are the good guys and also the left uses red as their color and this is all very confusing

So there's a particular quirk of English grammar that I've always found quite endearing: the exocentric verb-noun compound agent noun.

It appears in a definite, remarkably narrow period - not more than 150, 200 years - before dying out, leaving loads of legacy words in its wake.

But really, the take away, is in this country whether it's guns or cars, we're fine with killing kids once they're born. But a fetus in someone's womb is precious.

Something I literally can't stop thinking about is the Netherlands got it's famed bike infrastructure in part because people campaigned on cars killing kids. /1

if you think some technology choice can make you way more productive, then just do it and show people the productivity, don't go on prattling about what other people should or shouldn't do.
