I’m interested in improving the image quality for my video calls. Sadly, no one seems to make a truly high-end webcam. The alternative seems to be mirrorless cameras and HDMI capture devices. Am I missing something?
Seems like there might be suddenly a market for a USB camera with a nice lens.
There are however high end webcams that are used in offices, but they tend to be $2k or more which is not exactly a home user price point. -

I would not recommend this correspondence strategy.
maybe if i just never respond to anything then i will stop getting new emails -
sometimes I reply to an email or slack message in my head, and only later realize that I did not in fact send the reply. this leads to undesirable results.
