I'm home alone for the week so I made a giant stack of oat+tofu waffles and giant batch of baked ziti with roasted vegetables so that I have instant breakfast and dinner every day

@aaronpk I think dudes gravitate to the same bachelor lifestyle choices. When my wife's away in Japan I make lasagna, which is like 12 portions for me. And I eat it for two weeks.

@aaronpk I find the same result by making a batch of stew or chili, which I am apparently unable to do at reasonably small scale. I suppose I should buy a small pressure cooker, but it feels like the same effort to make a vat's worth at a time.
