Attempted to make tater tots tonight.

Started in the pressure cooker and the potatoes were really small so they got way too soft. kept going anyway.

Went through two frying pans to fry all these. the first one is now covered in black charcoal.

Turns out those cheap bags of frozen tater tots are totally worth it.

Small potatoes or cubed potatoes are really fast under high pressure. I think I do like 3 minutes with quick release.
