New favorite Mac and Cheese recipe and best way to eat zucchini from the CSA. Shred the zucchini in this pencil sharpener thing to turn it into spaghetti-like strips. Make a cheese sauce, like instant Mac and Cheese (the vegan Leahey brand one is great) and mix with hot sauce and black pepper.
