  • Ginger Snap Cookie Experiment #3

    Ingredients

    • 3/4 cup butter (at room temperature)
    • 1 1/4 cup coconut sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 2 cups Bob's all purpose gluten free flour
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 2 tsp vanilla
    • 3 tbsp molasses
    • 1/2 tsp allspice
    • 1 tbsp ginger powder
    • 1 tsp cloves
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 tsp nutmeg
    • 1/4 tsp paprika
    • 1 tbsp milk

    Instructions

    First mix butter and sugar, then add egg and vanilla and mix, then add remaining ingredients and mix until everything is blended.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.

    Notes

    Flattened out super thin! They baked to a crisp and were super tasty! So far these were the favorite out of the different variations.
