Looks interesting. My Cisco telepresence gear does that. But the Cisco stuff was a wee bit more than $200 and a lot harder to set up.
yeah this is like a baby version of that, but it's entirely plug and play, no drivers even -

Two questions: what’s the gimbal-looking thing sitting on top of the left monitor?
That camera seems rather high up. Do you tend to look at the camera or the screen when presenting?
It's an OBSBOT camera, I've been trying it out, it follows your face around the room.
The DSLR is actually basically at eye level when I'm sitting down. I do decently well at looking into the camera while presenting except when I'm doing live coding. -

Which 0-tracking privacy-first preferably self-hosted tool for managing #newsletters could you recommend? #indieWeb
Email newsletters? I ended up writing my own, it's still beta, a bit rough around the edges, but I'm running my own 500-ish subscriber newsletter from it. I'm going to open source it soon.
