@photojoseph @aaronpk have you ever seen an issue where connecting hdmi output on your camera (Sony a7r2 in this case) causes audio interference with in-camera mic inputs?
    Aaron Parecki
If the mic input is connected to a device that's also powered from wall power, it could be a ground loop issue. I wouldn't expect any interference with a little on-camera unpowered mic though.

Leaning towards M1 Mac Mini now that I think more about it. I use dongles already for my monitor and Ethernet so having both HDMI and Ethernet built in will be a huge deal for me. At a desk all day so portability doesnโ€™t matter like it used to pre covid

I'm glad it took 10 years to monetize RSS feeds and in the meantime we replaced them with disfunctional social networks that destroyed what remained of democracy and enabled global rise of fascism. Ah!

When I was a kid we got the polio vaccine. My dad, working on Mary Poppins, asked how my day was. I told him about the vaccine. โ€œDidnโ€™t it hurt? I said they put it on a sugar cube and you ate it. He called my uncle Dick and the next day they wrote โ€œA Spoonful of Sugar.โ€ (1 of 2)
