I think @robertoblake’s point about striking a balance between uploading, but not publicly promoting is a good balance at this point in time, giving people the option to have that escape without detracting from the collective voice on other platforms.

Well of course living smack in the middle of a city will most likely cost. I'm sure in a average neighborhood most could be per square foot is $80
yeah, totally depends on the city. in any case I'd start by asking friends in the area for recommendations of contractors, and keep getting referrals til you find a general contractor or builder who you can talk to. -

Okay that's way for feasible than the 300 per Sq ft someone else said lol
permit fees, water and sewer hookup fees, city development charges, it all adds up. that's the price of building in the middle of a city 🤷
