Machine learning is a bit like cocaine in the 1880s:

- been used in a weaker form for centuries
- some surprisingly successful early applications led to it now being over-prescribed
- beginning to understand that performance degrades after repeated use, negative feedback loops

Odd to think about, but in the last decade I:
* never gave you up
* never let you down
* never apologized or deserted you

"OK Boomer" only works on Boomers from Google. If your Boomer is from Apple, you have to say "Hey, Boomer." If it's from Amazon, you can simply preface your instruction with "Boomer", e.g. "Boomer, stop."

While I'm tweeting, passwords are 1970s shit and 1password is just a bandaid that helps tech folks feel better about our abject failure to fix what should be a simple thing while blaming non-technical folks for that failure.
