Yep you're right, Monocle should not be sending numeric indexes in the arrays. You can thank PHP's
http_build_queryfor that. I just pushed up a fix! -

I've seen more people who use @withknown #deletefacebook this past week than any other platform's users.

You're absolutely right, it should be returning these fragment ID mentions when you request the mentions of the page they're on. I will keep this issue open and work on this!
