@aaronpk we would call that cheating. If u r adding tiles by other means outside the app, it's only fair for us to deactivate your account.
@Thickpolicy Not sure why you'd call that cheating, I really like the app, but it crashes too often to run it all day long without worrying about it. Of course I'd still launch the app to look at my scores and the leaderboard and such. @thickpolicy Basically I'm trying to push location data from my own location source so that I can get more data into #strutapp! I already track GPS all the time so it would be fun to push it to the app too!

@aaronpk ? Can't u just check in Strut if you've got the tile?
@thickpolicy Sorry, I meant I'm trying to *compute* whether I've already visited a tile. Eyeballing it I'm guessing it's either 0.001 degree per tile or 0.002.

Mapping all the songs we listened to on a road trip!
Last weekend Amber, Anima and I drove from San Diego to Palm Springs to YxYY. We were streaming music from Spotify on the whole drive, and Spotify was scrobbling to my Last.fm account. Of course I was also tracking my location like I always do. Then it dawned on me that I could put together a map showing all the songs we listened to and where we were for each! @thickpolicy Awesome app! Couple questions: 1) what exactly does a tile correspond to? Is it one of the WebMercator zoom levels, or is it the lat/lng rounded to some number of degrees? 2) do you store the raw lat/lng data or just the tile number? #strutapp
