That's weird! The issue seems to be with the footage from the same source. Could you share a sample file with us through a direct message so that we can test it at our end? We'll stand by! ^Shivangi

Thanks for sharing the information, Aaron. We've got your back. Have you tried resetting the preferences yet: https://adobe.ly/3822gPa
If that doesn't help then try changing the renderer to Software Only: https://adobe.ly/2vWB85T
Let us know how it goes. ^NK
    Aaron Parecki
same same. I reset preferences and changed renderer. It still happened again. Pretty consistently after playing a dozen or so clips in the project window.

I can imagine a lot of thought was already spent on this :) Is a public client which uses a client certificate solely for the purpose of obtaining a private key bound token considered credentialed?
    Aaron Parecki
The text in the spec is "Clients that have credentials and their identity has been not been confirmed by the AS are designated as 'credentialed clients'", so that includes dynamic registration or the client bringing its own certificate, so yes :-)

How do you find the new "credentialed" term? Been wondering if a better name could be given to this in-between class of clients
    Aaron Parecki
Suggestions welcome, but I like that it's pretty descriptive: "credentialed clients are clients that have credentials"

I'm so sick of men saying they support women being entrepreneur's and doing their own thing, only to turn around and make 'jokes' about wanting a girlfriend so that they can do their laundry. Hello? Sorry, I think you dropped something called SELF AWARENESS.
    Aaron Parecki
ew what? I don't want anyone doing my laundry but me!

Question, are YouTube channel trailers still a thing?
    Aaron Parecki
I've never enjoyed watching a channel trailer, and I hate that they autoplay

I have it set up to pull my YouTube videos back to my website as blog posts that embed the YouTube video. I mostly consider my YouTube content separate right now, mainly because I am actually trying to play the YouTube game.

I think I saw your first reply in my micro.blog feed. This one showed up as a webmention but there was no content in it.

Yeah! I've been giving sneak peeks on my livestreams, but once I get things a little more polished off I'll do a proper video on it! (Wait til you see what I have planned for the ceiling lights!)

@aaronpk You painted the wall so it would be a built-in green screen?

    Aaron Parecki
Yeah! The grey is a nice flat background which I can make look black if I light it right, or cast some color on it with LEDs. There's also that pink corner which I could use as a colored backdrop, or key out. The opposite wall is teal which is also easily keyable but also looks nice as a background!

be extra careful with the plug. if you pull on it, trip on it etc - it's clipped into the camera so it will either yank the wires out of the plug or pull your whole damn camera.

    mine yanked the wires out.

its the polar opposite of a mag safe. even a usb port is safer.

The irony being that "custom domain" emails (which seems to be anything other than Gmail) are less likely to be spam than a free disposable account
    Aaron Parecki
the hell kind of decision is this lol. "custom domains not allowed"?? are they _trying_ to make sure only spammers sign up?

More seriously. For all the technologies that are no longer in use, how do you pick the date of their demise on the timeline?
In some cases, there are still production systems using them- wstrust, fed being examples. I doubt that’s true of openid, but where do you draw the line?
    Aaron Parecki
There are still a few OpenID 1 providers and consumers left! I run a provider and am still surprised that it gets traffic.

Imagine a Trumpℒ️ branded vaccine... what a shitshow that’d be. Like Trump Steaksℒ️, but for COVID immunity. Yes, this is one of the dumbest things I can imagine, but it still kind of feels within-the-realm-of-possible, no?

I fully expect him to release a Trump branded vaccine in the fall. It won't be effective but that's not important to him. It's all about being able to say he did it in less than a year in the run up to the election.

#226 Make IndieAuth Plugin a Dependency to Use This Plugin

    Aaron Parecki
To clarify, the idea is to simplify this plugin by making it rely on the IndieAuth plugin for access token generation and verification? Essentially this plugin would assume the IndieAuth plugin exists and use it to verify access tokens in the requests?

if the IndieAuth plugin has the ability to then rely on remote endpoints like indieauth.com (although I still don't understand why you'd want to do that), this plugin wouldn't even see the difference right? Assuming this plugin asks the IndieAuth plugin to verify access tokens, it's up to the IndieAuth plugin to decide how to verify them whether that's it checking the local database or asking a remote token endpoint.

That seems like the best of both worlds and would simplify this plugin a lot.

I would also like to emphasize that my personal interest in this is getting more people to install the IndieAuth plugin instead of relying on indieauth.com. It's easier to tell someone to install two plugins than it is to tell them how to set up rel=me links on their home page in order to use IndieAuth.com. Also I am planning on eventually shutting that service down.
