Now and again, maybe once a year, I remember how we all got CueCats for free in the mail.
Anyone have a print-on-demand service they recommend? I have a couple-hundred-pages PhD dissertation that's relevant to my work I'd like to print out and have on hand.
Yeah, 90% of the time this wouldn't apply to me, but I can see the utility. The same way the email clients have the "Unified Inbox" across different email clients. Most the time I want to be able to just look at one category. But sometimes I load my reader and I have like 1-2 posts in 5 different channels. For those instances it would be kind of nice to open up a reader that I knew support this "Unified Unread" and just scroll and read them. I get tired of tapping between the channels when I run into those couple of posts in each channel situations.
Letterpress printed QSL cards for successfully sent and received Webmentions must be the most finely targeted joke. The audience very likely not larger than 3 people.
IndieWeb is more and more starting to feel like a genuine social network for me.ย Itโs happening slowly, but Iโm building up a list of people that I follow in my reader, and I get the odd interaction back here and there.ย And itโs not all just inside chat about IndieWeb plumbing.ย Good stuff!
(Not saying it wasnโt already a social network for other people โ this is just my own experience.ย If Iโd been blogging to my own site for 20 years, or joined micro.blog, Iโm sure Iโd be there already!)

@aaronpk I don't have a web host per se, just a linode, which doesn't offer that. but I see they offer https://mailinabox.email/ so maybe I'll just try that, though it is overkill
I'd like to self-host a single mailing list that is never going to have more than about 25 people on it. Is there a dead-simple thing (wayyy simpler than Mailman) that will just.... alias something like thelist@tinysubversions.com to CC 25 different email addresses?
It doesn't need a public or even private archive messages. It's just for a small group of friends who want to stay in touch.
