@dym_cx I'm guessing because Google has no way to know if I'm going to broadcast copyrighted material on the livestream, so they choose to play it safe and block by default.

@aaronpk Look up the emergency phone number for that city police department and/or emergency number for county police

@Robbie I got through on the non-emergency number. Everything else on the site said to call 911, couldn't find an emergency non-911 number.
