@AnthroPunk For phone calls in Oregon, if one person in the call knows it's being recorded it's legal. Not sure how that applies to Skype.

@aaronpk cache the "blurred" location/offset for a random longish time.
@skeetermurphy Good suggestion. My method now does that by seeding the random number generator with the lat+long+date of the last position. -

Just put on my Halloween mask and scared my cats. Ironically, it's a cat mask.
