Cocktail experiment:
• 1 1/2 oz bourbon
• 3/4 oz dry vermouth
• 3/4 oz maraschino liqueur
• 1/6 oz Nocino (walnut liqueur)
• 3 dashes cardamom bitters -

• 1.5oz bourbon
• 0.5oz pineapple juice
• 0.5oz apricot liqueur
• 0.5oz egg white
• 0.5oz lemon juice
This one is much more balanced!
