AV cart trailer update! Got the axle and wheels attached, just about ready to roll! The fold down feet ended up a bit taller than I wanted, so I might swap them with slightly shorter feet.
Tonight's trailer progress: got the hitch attached to the aluminum extrusion frame! Only 1mm off after drilling a 45mm deep hole. A drill press would definitely come in handy here.

Today's cooking project: vegan sauces! The CSA starts this week, so I wanted to have a way to quickly add flavor to roasted/fried veggies. I experimented with a few different flavors: • Chili oil • Black garlic oil • "Fish" sauce • Chili garlic sauce

First thing I do when I check in to a hotel room for the week is set up my charging station and WiFi router. The router gives me my own WiFi hotspot that VPNs in to my home Tailscale network so I have access to everything from all my devices. The charging station is powerful enough to quick charge my phone and laptop and a few other devices.
