We’re still working through last year’s supply, and it’s already time to start making new batches again! Finally back on west coast time, checked in to the @hiltonhotels at 11:30pm, they gave me the party room with a conference table and couch bed that wasn't made up. I just want to sleep! It's CSA season again! That means it's the time of year where we have way too many veggies appear every week and have to come up with creative ways to use them! This is a zucchini waffle topped with a lemon pea spread. Used three zucchinis and 2 pounds of peas.
