Interesting presentation yesterday from @justin__richer on XYZ proposal. Slides were much easier to follow than the draft text.
There were support from the floor to make it experimental work at #oauth wg. https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/105/materials/slides-105-oauth-sessa-transactional-authorization-xyz

For people looking for an alternative to Facebook events that isn't spammy like evite and the like, I recommend checking out https://gath.io

It requires no login, basically you provide an email address, you get a unique editing URL, you make a nice looking event form, and people can RSVP there. Your event and all related info is deleted from their DB 2 weeks after the event is over.

Fifty years ago, this photograph was captured on the surface of the moon. We had made it. This was what wonder looked like.

But, how did an astronaut take such a picture? What kind of camera works on the moon? Friends, let me tell you about the mission to shoot in space.

Have we as a culture decided what it means when we see these ideograms on the side of a vehicle? Should I touch this truck? Does it symbolize “we exist, and the internet does, too”?

I'm calling this product launch #2 of the summer. A (currently) niche #indieweb reader: https://alltogethernow.io

Harking back to the glory days of RSS readers, but with a more modern, social twist.

@uint8_t I take some shortcuts in service of a system that's more manageable to me:

    * No hierarchy, just top-level folders to group similar photos (e.g. trips, events, photoshoots)
    * ISO-8601 date prefix on folders
    * Multi-day events just get grouped under one day, don't overthink it
    * Catch-all month folders for misc photos
    * Photos get uploaded from my phone to an "Inbox" on my Synology NAS automatically (graph counts items in the Inbox)
    * Periodically sort things (graph go down??)

So I prefer to talk about relationships by their contents rather than their label "This is a person I do kissing & video games with" as opposed to "this is my friend/girlfriend/husband"

Ive just realised this is an Entity-Component Model as opposed to a Class Hierarchy Model.
