So, I’m posting this using Quill, a micropub client, that I am running on my own laptop. Seeing this as a step towards being able to draft postings offline (which I am used to doing), as well as posting without using the WordPress back-end

In the midst of filling out an application for a fellowship i was rejected for last year “Wow, @ohmydollar has actually done a lot this year”
SO: “Maybe you should write that down and post it on the wall, you seem to forget that.”

My solution to information providers shutting down access is to have at least two providers for everything if I can. So my website will have 5 ways to get static map images, 3 different ways to look up an address from coordinates, and 2 different ways to get current weather. Too much?

This is an incredibly interesting #IIW - but as it happens every time a bunch of identirati spends few hours together, many discussions turn into subject matter expert OCD rather than customer originated issues. It’s fun... if you know where to draw the line ;)
