I bought the cheapest M1 Macbook Air back in June ($999/8gb/256gb) expecting to want to upgrade to whatever Pro was launched this fall, but tbh I've been super impressed at how powerful it is, even for video editing, and I don't really feel like I need to upgrade now 🤷 -

Let me take a stab: you were thinking that whole foods was a relatively decent, liberal company that would somehow remain independent of the evil Amazon behemoth.

Okay that's way for feasible than the 300 per Sq ft someone else said lol
permit fees, water and sewer hookup fees, city development charges, it all adds up. that's the price of building in the middle of a city 🤷
