Imagine it's Sunday morning. You've been allowed to sleep in as long as you want, and you have no chores or responsibilities all day. There's fresh fallen snow on the ground. Your mom makes Cinnamon rolls and serves you breakfast. But you're almost 3, so you are blind with rage.

I've been making tutorials since 2013 and I have never ever needed to go back and re-edit anything. Especially after a month or years have passed. In fact, if I need to reference an old video, I download the 720p version from YouTube. A-roll is a waste of space IMO.

Haha I’m in the same position. Kept everything so far but man it’s eating up my storage space.

at one point @lyzidiamond and i were going to do a podcast, like every pair of millennial friends. my pitch was to talk about the measurement of the earth's circumference.

a couple years ago YouTube adsense barely covered my phone bill… now it covers my mortgage.

if you need a KPI to inspire you let it be that.

Hey @YouTubeCreators it would be cool to do collab videos where it shows up on both sides similar to how music artists can on Spotify or even IG.

Views/impressions/stats count towards both channels and would be a great way to expand audiences.
