I remember hearing that they refused to sell when those apartments were being planned but I don't remember where I heard that now!

Thing I learned today: it's a good idea to occasionally take off the wheels of your rolly suitcase and clean them, because they pick up a lot of carpet fiber and hair from rolling around dozens of airports for a few years.

I'd share a photo but it's gross 😅

I've been doing this for a few years! No regrets so far

one of the other benefits of this strategy is it makes every purchase hit my wallet twice as hard, so I have to really consider if I should actually buy the thing

This is not financial advice, but every $ I spend on Apple products this year I will also be investing $ into buying Apple as a stock.

My philosophy is that if I own $1000 of products (or have) from a company, I should own $1000 of the stock.

Apple, Sony, Google, Microsoft.
