So what they are doing is "boosting" a traditional video they have, maybe one with a paid sponsor, and if thr viewer watches 15 seconds it counts as a view on the orginal video. They are trying to artificially pump their views the legal way on YouTube.

I use Unifi cameras cause the whole thing runs locally and records to a pile of hard drives in my closet
