1. Go to this url and log in: https://www.google.com/adsense/start/
2. In the left navigation click on "blocking controls"
3. Click "all sites in the same column.
4. Click "manage advertiser URLs" in the middle of the page
5. Enter URLs you want to block and slide the slider to "block". -

More seriously. For all the technologies that are no longer in use, how do you pick the date of their demise on the timeline?
In some cases, there are still production systems using them- wstrust, fed being examples. I doubt that’s true of openid, but where do you draw the line?
There are still a few OpenID 1 providers and consumers left! I run a provider and am still surprised that it gets traffic. -
