This is an all time favorite and is made primarily with black beans and sweet potatoes, which both keep for a long time if stored well. You can replace the cherry tomatoes with canned diced tomatoes, or just leave them out. If you don't have jerk seasoning, you can double the rest of the spices.

Sure did! @calebpike's video came in super handy when I needed to make an emergency studio to host all my workshops from after I had to cancel a dozen trips!
