I absolutely dread when it’s SD Card cleanup time. I’d almost rather to keep buying more cards then to delete the footage off of one.
I’m always terrified I’m going to delete a main clip of something 😬
Remember when we used to just keep buying VHS and 8mm tapes never taping over old ones?
Then again, it was a lot harder to back those up back then. -

A few days ago, I unfollowed everyone on Twitter, added them all to a list, and I now read that list instead. It’s shockingly better. Only their own tweets and retweets, in order. No ads, no "liked by," no "people you may know," no engagement hacking crap. It’s glorious.
Even better, when I inevitably end up in the home timeline anyway, it only has my own tweets and ads, nothing interesting. No dopamine outrage bullshit cycle to get caught up in.
Shh, don’t tell, I’m afraid some low level product manager at Twitter will discover this and "fix" lists like they "fixed" the home timeline a while back.
There are a couple drawbacks. I lost a few people I followed whose accounts are protected; I need to find and re-follow them. Also this evidently makes it harder for people to DM me, somehow. Not sure how, I don’t use Twitter DM much.
Still. Glorious.

Welp it filled up back here, oh well. I'm not super familiar with the SAS seating assignment process, so I guess several rows of empty seats during checkin yesterday was not an indicator of an empty flight.
oh and in my rush I forgot that one of the things I was supposed to do at the airport was buy snacks for the plane since the website wouldn't let me choose a vegetarian meal and Scandinavian food is like the complete opposite of vegetarian. 😔 -

aaaaand I am on the plane! Boarding group A so I'm the first one into the back half of the plane! 😅
Now I just cross my fingers that the seats next to me haven't been claimed in the last 24 hours and this will be a pleasant 12hr flight.

That was fast. Made it to the gate, sadly no time for coffee.
