I feel dumber and dumber with the college Java exercises. They're distant from reality, when I google them - nothing comes out aside of tutorials how to do that, which makes me assume... these algorithms have no usage in the real world.
Sometimes things like this make me want to drop programming altogether and just... go work in a nearby fast food chain. At least I'd be more useful there... 😭😭😭
Can confirm, college java exercises are not real world training. However they are meant to illustrate underlying concepts of algorithms, which you will use in the real world by finding a library that already implements it. -
