I recommend the TV series "Mayday" (alias "Air Crash Investigation"). It's not only interesting but also surprisingly accurate.

Sometimes when I'm sitting on the plane about to take off, looking out the window at the other planes flying by, my mind starts wandering thinking "what would happen if..." and I end up googling some disaster.
