#writethedocs also, wish your live captions were visible on the livestream! (But overall thank you for the livestream, and the feed has been clear and consistent.)

Great post but I think you sell short how much organizing the #indieweb community has done over the last 7-10 years.
Getting to this point to massive organization from committed enthusiasts.
What we need is not more organization but more organizers.
It is not up to the #indieweb community to grow the movement, that is your job, my, job and then it belongs to those we onboard.
Organize a HomeBrew Web club in your town. Convince a small business they need a website and not just a facebook page. Make a series of instructional videos to pass around your circles. -
