Tonight's #cookie experiment #2: Ginger snap edition.
• 3/4 cup butter (at room temperature)
• 1 1/4 cup coconut sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 3 tbsp molasses
• 1/2 tsp allspice
• 1 tbsp ginger powder
• 1 tsp cloves
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp paprika
• 1 tbsp milk

Flattened out nicely! However they are quite dense. -
