@aaronpk I'm going to send a zero-character email to you to test this function.
    Aaron Parecki

The average shopper at Costco is 18% larger, 31% rounder, & 100% unfriendlier than the average @newseasons shopper. #ihatecostco

@hatsharpener I try not to look around when I go there.

The time it takes me to respond to your email is a function of the square of the length of your email.

@aaronpk Perhaps it's because that's when music really became a business? Mass production = formulas...
    Aaron Parecki
@alisonheittman I think you're on to something there. Literally the last 5 songs on this station have had the exact same chord progression.

Wtf happened to music in the 50s? It's like the collective consciousness forgot all theory and wrote the same 1-6-4-5 song in different keys

__I had a dream last night where I was an XCode project.__

Every time the alarm went off, that was running "Build and Run." If I would fail to compile, I'd have to fix the errors and try again. The next time the alarm went off, I'd attempt to "run" again, and I kept failing to compile a few times when I kept hitting "snooze."

The last thing I did before I actually woke up was fix a missing semicolon which finally allowed me to compile and then I was awake.

@0x17h They could have made school much more fun if they used drunk mathematicians as examples more often.

@aaronpk at which point people will be getting more than they ordered, you'll overcome Zeno's Paradox and pass the expected 2 beer limit.

__Infinity mathematicians walk into a bar. The first orders a beer. The second orders half a beer. The third orders a quarter beer, etc etc. How long until the bartender runs out of beer?__

First person to answer correctly with a full explanation gets a free beer next time we meet.

Hi, I'm Aaron Parecki, Director of Identity Standards at Okta, and co-founder of IndieWebCamp. I maintain oauth.net, write and consult about OAuth, and participate in the OAuth Working Group at the IETF. I also help people learn about video production and livestreaming. (detailed bio)

I've been tracking my location since 2008 and I wrote 100 songs in 100 days. I've spoken at conferences around the world about owning your data, OAuth, quantified self, and explained why R is a vowel. Read more.
