Busy day at the triplex today!
The plumber came to finish up everything inside:
- Hung the mount for the bathtub spray head
- Attached the mixer valve for the shower
- Attached the pole for the shower head
- Moved the spigot for the roof mister
- Moved the sewer line for the loft to the lower sewer line the guys added a few months ago. That means no more pump for the laundry room sink and washer needed anymore!
I also found cat5e wires in the utility room closet that were for the phone jacks in the loft, so I traced them and terminated them with network jacks so now there’s a network jack in the loft! Why didn’t I find this years ago? I just assumed it was cat3 wiring because it was for a phone.
I’m also tackling some loose ends in the house, a few dangling network jacks I hadn’t finished yet.
The drywaller finished the utility closet so I can put everything back together!
Oh and the cleanup crew came and took out a bunch of trash and also took the temporary power pole!
